The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MOLSA) in Jubaland State, Somalia.


was established in 2018. This ministry plays a pivotal role in shaping the labor landscape and social welfare

promotes employment opportunities, and develops policies aimed at enhancing the quality of life

The ministry aims to reach staffing levels that align with current global labor laws in the near future while laying a solid foundation for a comprehensive labor framework in Jubaland.
